Shop Inspecting Enginners
Why inspection?
Shop inspection during fabrication is an essential engineering service and consists of checking, testing and proving that industrial and engineering material conforms to the international and contractual specifications agreed between buyer and supplier. Whether in raw material , partly fabricated or fully assembled state. The aim of inspection is to protect buyers from receiving material less efficient than that contracted. Therefore it satisfies its purpose and prevents losses resulting from delivery of material unsafe or not responding fully to the expected services. Inspection costs very little, and pays a lot. Again, the psychological value alone is considerable, as the supplier knows his work will be controlled by an inspector .
Why independent inspection?
An independent inspector can ensure that optimum quality levels are maintained , as he is not subject to any pressure other than obtaining the highest quality .
